Turn around for completed portraits is up to 3-4 weeks. Please plan your session accordingly if you are not investing in RUSH services.

All clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to session. A $25 late fee will be assessed if you are between 10-20 minutes late. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and is non refundable and non transferable.  Any client that is late arriving to their session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session.

Retainer fees are non refundable, and are subject to a $35 rescheduling fee if you reschedule your reserved spot within 24 hours of your scheduled session. 

 A $50 rescheduling fee is assessed if session is rescheduled after 15 minutes up to 29 minutes of session start. Fee not applicable if session is cancelled due to unforeseen weather or photographer canceling. This being said, Photographer can not be held responsible for weather. If weather is not acceptable to client, but not a cause to reschedule, all standard rescheduling fees apply, otherwise retainer fee is forfeited as a cancellation. Client will be contacted prior to session if bad weather is in the forecast. If rain , wind, etc. are of more than 30-40% chance, the photographer will advise if a reschedule should occur. If client still chooses to go forward with the session and bad weather comes, the client will be responsible for a rescheduling fee. Sessions can be rescheduled by phone, text message or email prior to session date.

We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately in the event that you are uncooperative, disruptive or abusive. In the event that we terminate the agreement under this clause your retainer fee will be forfeit.

If child subjects are unwilling or uncooperative during a scheduled session, we  will not be held responsible. We will do our best to capture your child's personality whether it be posed or unposed moments. However, it is the ultimately the parents responsibility to keep your children under control during the session. We will continue the session up to the allotted scheduled time but will not extend time due to an uncooperative client.
